Deadlines
Request within 14 days of delivery (according to tracking). Refund within 3–7 business days of receipt.
How to request an exchange or refund
- Write to us at mangaateers@gmail.com indicating your order number and reason.
- We will send you a return label or instructions .
- We process the refund upon receiving the item (3–7 business days).
Costs
- Size exchange : first free exchange
- Return (withdrawal) : return shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
- Defective product or product sent in error : costs borne by MangaaTeers.
